The Glenview Journal acquired unredacted court documents showing allegations that Jon July 12 Jose Quinteros, 27, Arlington Heights "secretly confined" a female victim at a Public Storage business in the 3300 block of Lake Street in Glenview, where he committed a sexual assault causing bodily harm before stealing a smartphone. However, a police report described by the Journal as "so heavily redacted, very little of the narrative made sense" listed an address for the location as the 1700 block of Greenwood Road, and said an apartment building there was secured by police the day of the alleged incident.

Drunk driver hit my parked car with a stolen vehicle.
My car was parked on my street and in the middle of the night it was smashed by a drunk driver. According to the neighbors, there was a house party and it was a domestic dispute between a couple. She got in the car and put the keys in the ignition, walked outside and the bf jumped in the car and drove off with it. He was intoxicated and crashed into my parked car head on. I had to put the claim under my insurance and the other car's insurance is not forking over the money since it was a stolen vehicle. But from what i heard, the gf dropped the charges on the boyfriend. Obviously this is a messy situation. Since she dropped the charges, is it still considered a stolen vehicle. I want to sue both parties involved (drunk driver and car owner). Is this possible?

Background check
Every year one of my employers runs background checks. I think the purpose is to identify sex offenders. Anyway, I was ticketed for DUI in 2010. One of the questions asks if I've been convicted of any crimes. I got the one time IL super. Have I been convicted? So confused. Want to fill out the form correctly.
No. Supervision i not a conviction. But if you are asked about ever pleading guilty to a crime, you have to answer yes.

Following a 2nd DUI in Illinois, and restriction of driving to just work, school classes, and AA meetings, is there any flexibility in the schedule?
