Will errors in my field sobriety test get me out of this dui?
I was stopped for apparently running a stop sign that I still can't find. No lights on the patrol car were on to pull me over. I parked my truck and was walking in to my motel room when I was asked to come to the officer parked behind me. He was very obviously being trained and I was the guinea pig which he later admitted. The entire stop was unprofessional. My "heel to toe" test was done on a slope of a hill which when the officer demonstrated he stumbled as well in front of his camera. Had me blow in the breathalyzer 4 times, which I had chewing tobacco in for all of them. He never asked me to clear my mouth or if I had anything in it. I made sure when he said they were taking me to jail and asked to spit my chew out in front of his car. Did not read me my rights. Then searched my truck.
Sounds like you have many issues that you should inform your attorney about and quit putting things in a public forum...

What happens if a 2nd dui occurs 6 days before the sentencing date of 1st dui?
Asking for daughter who's husband was involved in a hit and run dui case in which the sentencing date is this Wednesday, and then got a dui last Friday. He has a history of alcoholism and has been court ordered classes and such. Which as you see do not help. He has been on and off probation for domestic violence also. She did leave him after 1st dui since their 3 children under the age of 5 had to have been in vehicle prior to the hit and run. Kids were dropped off to me me about 5 minutes before accident.
Your question is a bit confusing to me. What happens in what regard? It may effect his sentencing on the first DUI,...

How long can I expect DUI classes to take? Can I transfer from Colorado?
While in Colorado I was convicted of DWAI. I have priors. Colorado has a lifetime lookback so priors from 12 and 15 years ago count for both sentencing and for DUI class length. If I can move back to Wyoming how long can I expect DUI classes to be? My BAC was 0.09. Also will I be able to transfer the 6 months of classes I already took in Colorado?
Why have you posted this six times? Once was more than enough. Moving before you have your license restored will create...
Will I be drug tested on unsupervised probation when I had a non drug related crime?
Ok, I was arrested for driving drunk for the 2nd time. I have accepted a plea agreement for 6 months unsupervised probation, a license suspension, 7 days of jail, and court fee's. I currently have to go to peak wellness, a mental health place, to see if I'm an addict of any sorts. My question is: will I be subject to any drug or alcohol screenings throughout any of this? Or at least what is the likely hood? Does the mental health place have the right to test me? Will the court test me? And/or will I be assigned a probation officer who will test me? And if they do are they only allowed to test for alcohol? I'm not worried about the testing. I will pass, I just think it's wrong to test me for other substances when they were never involved. I believe this is an over step of the government's power and simply a way for them to make more money off the people they convict, a preyes on weakness if you will. Thank you for your time.
Since you have a plea agreement, you either have spoken with the prosecutor or have counsel of your own. Either of...
