If you are already in a SCI in PA for a DUI while on Parole, Your Parole Hit was 12 months.. you are almost done with the 12 months. You Just now get sentenced for the DUI, which would be better, a a RRRI State Sentence or a County Sentence for the actually DUI... can the County Sentence Run Concurent with the Parole Hit. or would you have to do the State Parole Hit ...then Serve the County Sentence.?

There are too many variables to answer your questions as posed. For example, is this a first, second or subsequent DUI?...

I am being charged with numerous things, DUI D1 & D2/marijuana/paraphernalia, headlights being off, & wreckless driving. The problem is the police officer arrested me, put me in his patrol unit, did not read me my rights and questioned me about where I get my drugs!? Also, after everything happened, about a month later, I got my summons for a preliminary and I read the police report. This state trooper is claiming my birthday as 12/23/1991, when its 03/18/1994!? There should be no reason for this. I gave him my correct birth information! What can I do? At this point I am looking for a lawyer to drop ALL charges or something. Excuse my language but this is BS. What can be done!? Thank you.

Is there anyway that the 1 to 2 could run concurrent with the Parole Hit? he received a 6 month Parole Hit then for the DUI itself he got a 1 to 2. He turned himself in to his Parole Officer a couple of days after he got the DUI and has been incarcerated now for almost 10 months. Any idea what the earliest date he could be released? I had hired a lawyer for the DUI case and he pretty much was No help at all he lead me to believe that he would get way less time for the DUI itself.

It sounds like you may be better served finding a new lawyer. I would recommend doing your research for a good DUI...

After refusing a subority test do to a disaiblity . Officer said " I have to hand cuff you and take you to hospital for blood test"(no miranda rights read) at the hospital was asked what meds i was on . So i replied honestly. Officer wrote this on a paper. Then asked me to sign . Saying "this is to give the hospital permission to take blood. As the nurse was all reaady in room looking for a vien. So i signed it. No idea actually what i signed. was released afterwards to people that came to retrieve my car and myself. Was not givin any paperwork and i have no idea what the blood resluts will be when the come in mail. Was never arrested before- it just seemed odd , the lack of information.

at a recent stop, i was pulled over for crossing line to soon b4 turn. Imentioned drinking beer. instantly had breatherlizer in my face. wasnt blowing hard enough 1st 2 trys- it beeped once 3rd try .Then i was asked to step out for sobrity test. I refused due to a disabilty.STILL TRYED THE 9 STEP AND PEN TEST . bACK-UP OFFICER SAID I HAVE TO HAND CUFF YOU AND TAKE YOU TO A NEARBY HOSPITAL FOR BLOOD TEST. WAS NEVER TOLD I WAS UNDER ARREST? WSNT READ ANY APPLIED CONCENT SO I KNEW IF I COULD DENY BLOOD TEST. I DID SIGN ONE PAPER WHICH I THOUGHT WAS HOSPITAL RELEASE FROM HARM. i was never told my blow test number? was never givin any ticket or Paperwork? Had to call son and his gf to retrieve my car. I think WITH ONLY 1 BREATH test and not even knowing the result- cant this be thrown out?

I live in PA but was just charged with a first offense in MD of DWI (.20) along with several other moving violations which I paid the next day. I also went to the court the next day and set the hearing date. Other than speeding tickets years ago, I've nothing on my record, what do you think my happen? Will my record be clean?

You need to retain a Maryland criminal defense attorney . You may qualify for a first time offenders program there....

I was arrested for a dui 2010. I went threw all the ard, paid my fines and everything to get it expunged. I am in school to be a Physical Therapist Asst and I will be doing clinicals in the fall. I have to submit backround checks to work in hopsitals. I have a horrible feeling I am going to school for nothing because of my charge. Thanks for the help...

It's not clear from your post whether your expungement has occurred or not. If it has not then a criminal history check...
