On Tuesday, just after 3:30 a.m., Sullivan County law enforcement officers arrested 27-year-old Dorian Hart of Gary, Indiana after he robbed the Sullivan Automotive Group Dealership and ran from police.

    U.S. Marshals escorted 19-year-old Blake King of Chicago into a federal courtroom in Hammond, Indiana Wednesday morning. King was there for a detention hearing, but Magistrate Andrew Rodovich postponed it until June 21. King is one of three people caught up in the shooting of an undercover ATF agent in Gary, Indiana on June 7. Federal prosecutors have charged King with assaulting a federal officer and use of a deadly weapon.

    A man who triggered a two-day manhunt after the shooting of an undercover federal agent with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives in Indiana was arrested Saturday, officials said. The U.S. Attorney's Office for the Northern District of Indiana said Bernard Graham, 25, turned himself in to federal authorities around 12:15 p.m. Graham and 19-year-old Blake King of Chicago were each charged Friday with federal charges of assaulting a federal agent and using a firearm in a crime of violence, according to prosecutors.

    An agent with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives was shot several times and critically wounded during an undercover operation in Indiana in which a suspect was killed, authorities said Thursday. The agent was hospitalized in critical but stable condition after being "shot multiple times," Brendan Iber, assistant special agent in charge of ATF's Chicago division, told reporters outside the hospital.
