What's the odds of winning this case
So I was pulled over for driving with no non criminal suspended license "due to unpaid fines" I don't have none and was confirmed by DMV but I did find out my license was suspended when pulled over due to insurance not sending documents to DMV of sr22 being valid but officer never asked for anything but ID and most questions where regarding the "what he asked if it was a roch " no! And that's after he asked about my guns that I legally carry in my car
Without identifying what your case is about, there is no way anyone here could intelligently respond.
What can I do to prove my innocents?
I got pulled over with two boxes of baking soda and I am now being charged with felony transporting cocaine. When I was being questioned the drug specialist, showed me a scale with a drug test kit, that was pink. Specialist told me pink was positive and showed my fiancee a drug kit that was bright blue. My bail was $25,000 and then went up to $50,000. I was lodge at the female jail for the night. About noon the next day I saw a judge on a screen, who released me with only a court date for November. The cops told me I was going to get 30+ years in jail. I told them the baking soda was used to clean battery terminals, when they spoke to my fiancee he told them the same thing. Specialist came back to me really mad, that our stories matched (cause its the truth), told them I wanted a lawyer and they said doesnt matter cause we are done with you. Officer Hunt and Specialist's had me believing that if I didnt lawyer up and just spoke to them I would be going home that night. I have never been in this much trouble with the law before and have no idea what to do. I started e-mailing lawyers this afternoon explaining in more detail about what took place on Sept. 29th-30th.
If you really had baking soda and not cocaine then once the lab report comes back the case will be dismissed. However,...

It was a $300.00 fine and was sent to collections over 8 month's ago
Generally speaking most states will put a hold on your license until fines are paid off. Call your DMV to see if this...

I was given 10 days work crew for a C & N driving charge but I'm disabled with cardiac issues. What can be done?
I plead guilty to C&N driving on suspended license. Bear in mind I was not pulled over nor was I even seen in a vehicle by anyone/police. I'm legally disabled & was given 10 days work crew. Can I just go & do the 10 days in jail?
Ask your Attorney surely you can do the jail time. None of us lawyers have your case so our guesses will not help
My friend violated his furlough for DUI #6 in Vt. Will he have to finish out his sentence in jail?
My friend was convicted of DUI#6 in VT last year. He was out on probation for DUI #5 when he did so. He was sentenced from 3 months to 3 years of furlough. He is supervised by Probation and Parole now. Long story short, he violated the terms of his release by neglecting to attend his court ordered group meeting. HIs parole officer then came to his residence and he was under the influence of alcohol at the time. This is not his first violation either. Will he be incarcerated for the rest of his sentence, or is there the possibility he gets out on supervision with ankle monitors, etc. He has been under strict supervision before and he never is successful. Will he do the time in prison now is my question. He goes in front of parole board next week. Thank you!
When you violate furlough, the sanction is determined by DOC (as opposed to the Judge, who sentences a person that has...
