Yavapai County Sheriff's Office arrested Keith Griffin, 41, of Flagstaff on Aug. 9 on several charges related to alleged attempts to lure a 12-year-old girl for sex. A Sheriff's Office detective received reports Aug. 5 from the girls' father of "inappropriate sexual texts" his daughter had received from Griffin, according to Yavapai County Sheriff's Office spokesman Dwight D'Evelyn. Comment?

James Darryl Hickey was arraigned Monday on two pending cases in Yavapai County, for which his attorney Andrew Falick entered a not guilty plea. After registering his plea for surreptitious photography and voyeurism in the Verde Valley cases, and hearing his Rule-8 time, establishing 150 days for a timely trial, Hickey asked to address the court. A former Lafayette surgeon changes his mind on how he pleaded to his latest charge, and now Gregory Konrath is admitting to fleeing the state back in April. "He's ready to get on with his life and to serve whatever the sentence the court executes," said Konrath's attorney Eric Huneryager. Comment?
