What do i do when a judge is discriminating?
A judge rerevoked my dr.license for drving w/ a suspnded license in a Class C city after I was told if I had passd all the tests and gtten my dr. license that the charges would be dropped. At that same time my spouse was being chrgd with felonies(that got dropped) and the cop that arrested us had gotten fired for making false reports. What do I do?
First, consult with an experienced criminal attorney in that area as they will have all the information on the police...

What do we need to do to get my husbands 6 months of probable house arrest transferred from WV to AK? Is it possible?
My husband was arrested in Sept for DUI, first offense. The officer gave him his license back. The DMV told him that his license were valid until court which was last week. Mid-November He was pulled over for dead inspection, and was arrested for driving on revoked following DUI. The judge canceled his court date last week due to me being in Alaska under a nursing contract helping a local hospital. My company wants me to extend for 3 months. He goes back to court in March and the prosecuting attorney wanted to give him 6 months house arrest. The judge was lenient and told him that he would see him back in march to go over his case, since we were living in AK until March. What do we need to do to get his house arrest, assuming that is what the ruling is, transferred to Alaska? Is it possible? He spoke to his lawyer and his lawyer felt that Alaska was too far away to make it happen, but I don't think that the distance matters, more on the lines of would Alaska accept responsibility and would WV defer responsibility over his case. Can you tell me what steps to take now? Thank you in advance
His lawyer is the one with the specific answer. My guess is no the Judge will not allow a transfer as even if the Judge...
Will I be charged for not showing up to my court date due to an accident.
I slid off icy dirt road, I flagged down an on coming car she told me to warm up in her car n my boots was filled with snow. Bethel PO gave me a breathalyzer test n asked me to walk test I said I couldn't cause my boots were wet. Then they brought me to jail. Then the day before my court I got intoxicated had an accident was in hospital with facial cuts n scrapes. The PD called me to confirm another court paper on the 23rd of this week - much needed help and know about what to say and who to ask for help. I really need my license again
Your bond may be forfeited and a warrant issued for your arrest. You will need to consult with a Criminal Defense...
Is there a possibility? In August of 2012 I was charged with a DUI and completed everything that was asked of me, except an IID.
I paid my fines & finished the ASAP program provided to me on post. My contract was up with the Army 1/20/2013 & I returned home to Wisconsin. Six months after my arrest I was able to have my license reinstated in the state of Wisconsin with no issues. I was under the assumption I was in the clear, up until recently. I went to apply for my temp. CDL license & was told I was ineligible. The woman I spoke to at the DMV informed me that I am indeed ineligible but also that I have a warrant for my arrest, required to pay a reinstatement fee, and have an IID installed in my vehicle. I went & checked the circuit court website and found out I had a summons in 2013, which I never knew about. Apparently my probation has been revoked due to noncompliance w/ ASAP, which isn't the case. If my probation hadn't been revoked without my knowledge I would have been able to supply this information at an earlier date. What I am asking you is this; is there a way I can have my driving privilege reinstated for the state of Alaska without having to have an IID installed in my vehicle. I would be legal to consume alcohol by this point in time had Fort Wainwright's ASAP office provided the documents.
Your situation is old enough and complicated enough that I think you need to hire an attorney in the jurisdiction where...
