Birth Certificate in Court Method 1 A few of us figured out (by the grace of God) that they are only wanting to charge some bogus bonds they are hiding, to your federal account and they only need our bond and/or permission to do the discharge.
I hope someone licensed in your state will be able to make sense of what you posted here; I can't at all. Sorry.
My boyfriend is 19 years old and got a DUI couple months back.. He is planning on pleading youthful offender when he goes to court.. Now as i have read according to Ware v. State, 432 So.2d 555 (Ala. Crim. App. 1983) He will undergo a background check.. Will this be just an Alabama background check where he got the DUI or will it be Alabama and Mississippi (where he lived before moving here). Also what kind of penalties is he looking at if found guilty with a youthful offender plea?
If a person is adjudicated as a youthful offender, the primary benefit is having his/her record sealed upon completion...
14 or 15 years ago I had 2 separate DUIs in 2 separate counties. Plead youthful offender for 1st and got probation. At a second DUI hearing in another county the public defender told me to plead youthful offender. Told him I had done so in another county recently and he said it was okay. Now, 15 years later applying to work as a police officer and I'm afraid this may come back to bite me.
I'm sure it is legal to do this. Is that your real question, or are you interested in finding out what can be done...
a breath test where I blew a .09. They got a .09 on the first reading and on the following reading the machine said air block. So, the officer wrote down the .09 and also that I refused to take the test. In NC, if you refuse to take the breath test, they automatically suspend your license for 1 year (regardless of whether or not you are found innocent in court). I appealed the refusal to take the test with the DMV and my hearing was in April of 2012. I lost this hearing and my license was suspended in NC for 1 year from that date. They let Alabama know and the Alabama DMV told me that I cannot get my Alabama license back until NC reinstates my license. I got pulled over yesterday in Alabama (where I live) and I got a ticket for driving while cancelled. What should I do?

I am looking at the GA House Bill 336 knowing that I have two previous DUI dispositions in 2004 & 2008 in GA. I have an upcoming DUI case late 2013 with which I declined the road side field sobriety examination nor a breathalyzer test. The time between when I shall be in court in 2013 and the date of 2008 DUI's disposition shall be 5 years or more. Does this mean that I could be charged based on the new law GA House Bill 336 as a 1st in 5 and not a 3rd in 10? Also what effect would it be to a permanent resident status if it was a 3rd in 10? Secondly, if it is treated as a 1st in 5 but there are previous two convictions shall this also set alarm for immigration concern?
As for the GA law questions, I can not comment. As for the immigration question, it could be a problem ... you...
I had not drank in more then six hours and then completely blacked out, was acting crazy, I normally never act in this behavior. I stole my grandmas car was in an accident and got a D.U.I, resisting arrest, and many other charges. I do not remember anything that happened. Can being on new medication the reaction I had and more then ten years of mental health problems help me with my case? Do Judges give people with four or more D.U.I within ten years give alternative sentences other then prison?
