  • Man charged with breaking into relatives' house, DUI

    A Cumberland County man was charged with breaking into the home of his Reading Township relatives and attempting to flee the scene in a vehicle while he was intoxicated, police said. Neighbors in the 3000 block of East Berlin Road called Reading Township Police Department after they allegedly saw Todd Keller breaking windows at the home on Aug. 21, according to court documents filed with District Judge Tony Little.

I recently pled guilty to a first offense dui at the highest rate. The sentencing guidelines for this charge are 72 hours to 6 months and 1 year license suspension.
