Can a third DUI be expunged from my record? Do I need to say I'm a felon on my job application because of it being my third DUI?
1st DUI in 99(I was 17) 2nd 2001 and my 3rd DUI in 2005.
Contact a local DUI attorney who can review your record in person to see if anything can be done.
What can we do about a drunk neighbor continuously coming over asking for rides to the bar.
We have a lady next door that gets drunk quite a bit and comes over and asks for a ride to the bar. It's usually a weekly (weekend) thing. It's getting old and it's even gone to asking my 16 year old son to take her. After several times of us telling her no and her and I getting into a verbal altercation, she still won't respect the fact we do not want to give her a ride to the bar. Is there anything legally we can do about this. She goes to several other of the neighbors as well and has even threatened harm to their vehicles if they don't comply with her request. The police were involved in that matter and I do not know what became of it. I don't want to involve the the police every time she comes over, they have better things to take care of. What are our options if any, michelle
Police may be your only answer. You can get a civil restraining order, but often you have to show harm or the threat...
Should I appeal my dui or fire my lawyer?
I received a DUI I told my lawyer to check into my background they never did and theres absolutely nothing on my record I should have been able to divert my DUI but now I will be charged with it because the lawyer never looked into my background when specifically asked him to before we even went to court the first time so should i appeal my DUI conviction or fire my lawyer and file a complaint with the Bar Associationt?
If you are unhappy with your lawyer, get a second opinion (from a lawyer, not a website). No one here knows the facts...
I am forty year old female just received my first dui. should I take a diversion if offered or plead not guilty.
I believe I can beat this case with a lawyer
You really should speak with an attorney immediately. The consequences of a diversion are nearly as bad as a...

First of all I would contact an experienced DUI attorney in your town. Each jurisdiction handles cases differently.
DUI questions
I am being charged with DUI even though I wasn't seen driving. I lied for my boyfriend at the time who had an accident behind me. I claimed something like a cat or dog came across the road and caused him to swerve into a fixed object. By the time police and ambulance services came, my car was parked in a parking lot with the keys/FOB in the front flap of my purse. My car doesn't operate using a key-it uses a FOB, the hood was cold and no GPS was pulled out of it showing when it was last operated. There was mass confusion on the scene-my then boyfriend had a head injury and the cop who started in on me wasn't the original cop on the scene. We were told about the confusion from the tow truck people I called. I refused to do any field sobriety tests. I wasn't allowed to leave and was placed in handcuffs. It was a custody. I had a blood test done. I know for a fact they used an alcohol swab because I have a severe aversion to needles. It came out .08. At that point, they said I wasn't in custody and free to go-releasing me to drive. 7 mos. ltr., I get the citation in the mail. Is it normal to allow someone under the suspicion of DUI to just leave and get back in a car to drive home?
It is atypical, and probably good for your defense, especially during cross-examination. However, though atypical,...
What can I do to get this DUI to go away?I don't think I would get a DUI because I was not drunk.I was scared and upset.
I left a hit and run accident and they want to give me a DUI because I didn't take the test for them. I went to jail but only stayed 2hours and was released have to go to court.
I'm sorry to hear about this, and a local DUI lawyer would be your best bet, as your chances for a successful...
