If my ticket for a DUI doesn't include the BAC and was never told my BAC my entire time being held is the charge still valid?
I was pulled over for failure to move over by a highway patrol in which he instantly gives me a Breathalyzer 2 times and according to him I failed. When I got to the station they gave me another breath tests and it said I failed but was still never told my BAC. Not once was I told not is it written on my ticket itself.

How long can a court continuance be prolonged ? What should I do to get a DUI that is an open case is taken off of my record?
I received DUI other last summer July 2015. The judge said if I would go to MASEP Classes a madd class pass 3 drug tests and see court programs and pay my fine then he would drop it. I have done everything but pay a fine for 1800 and it's showing as pending my continuance as been moved 5 or 6 times and I have documentation I'm going to munkcapal court tomorrow To beg the judge to remove it but I don't have the 1800 my continuance isn't until October but I need this clearance for a job. Why do I have pay if it's being dropped? Do abjudicated DUI stay on your record?
A continuance prolongs a case, not that the continuance is prolonged. You have not done what the judge said yet. You...
Dose a judge have to give credit for time served?
A few years ago my husband was arrested for old fines. The fines were for driving on a suspended license and no insurance. He served 4 months in the work center at the county jail. During his time he did physical labor for the county. He lost his job his car and his apartment while serving time. The judge said he didn't get time served to teach him a lesson. Now he still has warrants for his arrest and owes all the fines. Is there any way around this or anything we can do?
The question you initially ask and the question you ask at the end of your post are two very different things. It seems...
Is there a way to get credit for jail time after a judge says no time served?

You can always as the judge to credit time, but you will probably have to get proof from the jail.
What can happen in court with it being his first offence
My son was driving a friends car and they got pulled over for a busted tail light my son was not read his rights and as far as I know no testing was done but he was put in the cop car and taken to the police station then was released into my custody the charge they gave him was DUI/drugs- vapors.....they were telling me that he was slightly under the influence.
No miranda is required, unless they are going to use statments he made against him.. Your son needs an attorney now
Will a successfully completed non-adjudicated dui show up on my background check as a conviction?
I received a non-adjudicated 1st offense dui under the new law. I completed all of the requirements, and everything went through fine. I checked my motor vehicle report with DPS and it shows no moving violations. I am in the process of getting a new job with a school district. The application asked if I had ever been convicted of a crime. I answered "no", because as I understand it, I have not been convicted of anything. I was fingerprinted for my background check and am awaiting my results. Am I correct in my assumption that no conviction will show on my record?
If you weren't actually convicted then no, no conviction should show up because there is no conviction to put on your...
I have a smart start interlock device and blew my first violation. Will this affect the non-adjudication requirements?
I have had the interlock device in my car for a month now and have never blown anything but a PASS. This morning when I went to start my car I blew a violation/fail. I did brush my teeth and know that can cause the fail. But, last night I went to a Christmas party and did have three drinks and made sure I drank water and had a designated driver. Could this have caused the violation? If so will it affect my non-adjudication? I had my roommate drive me to work rather than risk it. I know alcohol can stay in your system for a while but I am having a slight panic attack thinking that I have just ruined everything. Any advice will help.
You need to contact the attorney that handled your case and advise them of the facts. Whether it will affect your non-...
