What does "no action on motion until procedendo issues" mean?
So my children's dad and I are sorting out custody right now. He sent in a parenting plan to which i responded (through my lawyer) that I didn't accept it because of domestic violence and in it it just said refer to docket #'s xXxX (and had different ones for different charges) I also filed a petition through my lawyer for him to take a drug test because he's been known to use drugs. And I really don't want him to have unsupervised visits of he is still using. To these he responded with a motion to strike against the references of the domestic violence as "irrelevant evidence" which it wasn't even submitted as evidence it was just referring to it staying the reason he should have supervised visits is because he has a history of violence and drug use. He also responded to the drug test and write a statement saying he wasn't going to take it because he would fail it for drugs and that he has to take one any way for terms of his probation. Which isn't true because I talked to the county attorney after he was convicted and she said because it wasn't a drug related charge he doesn't have to drug test. The judge responded with "no action until procedendo issued" what does that mean
This is a great question for your lawyer. We cannot give advice to a represented party.
Will I be extradited for an dui I got halfway across the country?
I have fulfilled most of my supervision requirements than missed my revocation hearing in Des Moines, Iowa, My question is will they send a bus over 1000 miles for a serious misdemeanor and contempt? Or will they just hold me for the 30 or 60 days and release me?
No clue what they will do? None of us have your case nor know what the prosecutor will do.

Can a person get I trouble for saying they were drunk driving but were not and there are multiple witness to prove it?
Man is trying to get full custody of child because women said that she wasn't drinking and wanted to hang out with him to apply to him but since they broke up he wants full custody and is trying to use that against her even though there are multiple witness that saw and could tell you she wasn't drinking and / or driving

Will I get drug tested and what happens if I fail?
I am on formal probation for a first offense owi. That's not all that happened though. I hit a gas pump and fled the scene of the accident. I spent 30 days in county jail. All I got charged with was a first offense owi. I've been on probation for about 6 months now and have already payed my $300 probation fee (Payed it as soon as I got out of jail). I meet about every 2 months it seems and haven't been drug tested yet. I'm on probation for a year so I got about 6 months left. Will I get drug tested for a non drug related crime? If so what happens if I fail considering I haven't took one yet?
If you pick up a new charge while on probation, your probation could be revoked. If your PO suspects that you are using,...
