    Blake C. Wallace was 17 when he and three other people allegedly went into a Dayton trailer where Jayson Love, 31 was visiting three friends in 2017, according to court documents. The three men, including Juan Castaneda, were asking for a man named "Mac."

  • Pullman PD releases video of Broughton arrest

    The Pullman Police Department has released footage from an officer-worn body camera and surveillance cameras showing the arrest of former WSU cornerback Treshon Broughton at Bob's Corner Market on Feb. 18, 2017 that has led to a civil suit against the department . The footage, which was originally obtained by Whitman County Watch, shows Broughton attempting to show Pullman PD officers Shane Emerson and Alex Gordon his ID before the officers begin pulling his arms behind his back.

  • Former football player sues Pullman PD

    A former WSU football player has sued the Pullman Police Department, the City of Pullman and two individual officers for the use of excessive force and false reporting stemming from a February 2017 incident at Bob's Corner Market. Treshon Broughton claims his Fourth and 14th Amendment rights, as well as multiple sections of the Washington State Constitution, were violated after he was injured during an arrest he states was unlawful, according to the filing.
