I have been arrested 4 times in 2 yrs 8 months, One of my DUI's I was not charged with. My last DUI I refused the breathalyzer but passed my field sobriety test. Also I am on probation curently in another county for my last DUI. What can I expect as far as sentencing? Is jail time or court ordered alcohol rehab inevitable?
You need to retain a defense attorney.
I am currently awaiting trial for a DUI which is my 3rd or 4th offense. Not sure how it will be charged. I was asked to help locate a person who "skipped" out on bond by my bail bondsman, I asked around once for an address & now I have been threatened with a gun held in my face. I did not tun them in because I'm afraid. I am also afraid if I go to jail my life will be in danger. What can help me or will the law help protect me with this. What about court ordered "rehab" in lieu of jail?? Away from this area....

Please see my other answer, as this is a duplicate question.
Officer took license. Officer returned license to me at my home with no hole punched in it. Already had trail and pleaded guilty. Judge or prosecutor did not mention suspension of license or that I would receive letter from DPS about suspension. I read that I had 45 days to drive. Conviction happened on 08/08/2014. Thank You
You should have hired a lawyer before you went to"trail" hire one now.
I have a question for the state of Alabama given the following scenario: After leaving a bar, you and your friend are both drunk. You allow your drunk friend to drive your car while you ride drunk as a passenger. On the way home, your friend gets pulled over. What liability as the car owner do you face for giving your drunk friend permission for driving drunk. Does the fact that you are drunk too make a difference?
Liability would only be involved if there were an accident or damages involved. You may be asking whether you can be...
