A man stole an LG television from Walmart, located at 85 Crooked Hill Road, on October 31 at approximately 2:35 p.m. The television was valued at $299.

    November 28, 2018 - Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Suffolk County Police Fourth Precinct Crime Section officers are seeking the public's help to identify and locate the man who stole merchandise from a Commack store in October. A man stole a Lincoln Welder from Lowes, located at 100 Long Island Expressway, on October 17 at approximately 10:45 a.m. The merchandise is valued at $323.67.

    One of five men convicted of robbing a Farmingville home at gunpoint after mistaking it for a drug dealer's residence has been sentenced to 25 years in prison, Suffolk prosecutors said on Tuesday. Luis Garcia, 36, of Commack, also must undergo 5 years of post-release supervision for taking part in the 2016 armed robbery; he was convicted in September of felony burglary and robbery, District Attorney Timothy Sini said in a statement.

    November 1, 2018 - Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Suffolk County Fourth Squad detectives are seeking the public's help to identify and locate the man who used counterfeit money to pay for a purchase at a Commack store. A man used a counterfeit $100 bill to make a purchase at Target, located at 98 Veterans Memorial Highway, on October 15 at approximately 2 p.m. The man purchased approximately $12 worth of merchandise and then received change from the fraudulent bill.
