I never went to court for a DUI. I have ALS(administrative license suspension). When ALS is over can I get my license?
I recently got a DUI and I didn't go to court. The DMV requires one year of ALS and a $450 reinstatement fee. When I have met those requirements will I be able to get a driver's license in another state or can the state I got the DUI in block me from ever getting a drivers license again? If they can block it forever, is there anything a lawyer can do to help get my license(short of me going back to OH and serving whatever my sentence would be) Got the DUI in OH and I'm now living in PA. Also, can they convict me in OH if I've never been to court(i did go to my arraignment and plead not guilty)?
I would recommend hiring an attorney in Ohio to help you with this matter. If you appeared in court for your...
Effect of Hospital records from emergency room doctor in OVI refusal case.
Refused to submit to blood draw at hospital over 2 hours after car ran off road and I hit my head on steering wheel. Hospital records from emergency room doctor indicate: "not clinically intoxicated" and "no nystagmus". Trooper arrived on scene after car ran into a ditch, claimed there was an odor of alcohol, while I was in emergency vehicle. Transported to hospital. Refusal was alleged to have occurred at 21:57 and time of alleged violation was 19:25.
Your question involves one of the most complex areas of OVI law. The ability to challenge a refusal successful will...

Cop pulled us over and lied about reason. Said headlight was out. It wasn't. And cop let me go took my brother for dui and
Wouldn't let my licensed girlfriend take the car. It has both headlights but they said no.. because they want to impound car n take my money. I should be aloud to take my car.
As you describe it, this was a really terrible & unjust situation. But since you're having a difficultly actually...
While being completely drunk and getting molested, could I press some type of charges?
I was blacked out drunk and went to my fiancé's friend's house with my fiancé and I exposed myself to his friend and was wanting him and his friend was putting his hands all over me. I have never been that drunk. I would never throw myself a guy like that and I'm self conscious of my body and don't like people seeing it or touching it. I had no idea what I was doing. Could the guy be accountable for "molesting" me or something. I may have said I wanted it or seemed like I liked it (I don't remember) but if I was in my right state of mind I would of not wanted it.
Speak to the police immediately. You do not have the ability to press charges, but they do.
What happens in court for possession of alcohol under 21?
I was in my car in a parking lot and a beer had exploded in my car earlier that night and I had 5 beers in my back seat. A police officer smelled the beer and asked the 17 year old in my car to get out, then he saw the cans. I was taken to the station and kept there for a few hours. The police officer said that the court often sees 18-20 year olds coming in for this charge and they normally let them go the first time, but I'm unsure if calling my lawyer is necessary. I don't want this on my record.
You should call a lawyer. The police often provide inaccurate information that makes things sound less serious than...
What is the best way to explain a DUI and a disorderly conduct to an employer?
My OUI I was charged with I had a few drinks that night I was pulled over on the phone, but wasn't impaired. I had just failed my soberity test that I happen to had few drinks. The disorderly conduct was caused by a riot and a group of people had got charged that were at the scene. A women had stated I punched her, it was self defense, within the riot.
I had an alcohol problem in the past and now I've sought treatment and have sobriety. This isn't a legal question.
