How can I get a driver's license or limited driving permit in Missouri after being convicted of a felony DWI persistent offender
I have had 3 DWI in MO over a 10 year period. The times b/w arrest dates are as follows: b/w 1st and 2nd 5yrs 8days and b/w 2nd and 3rd 4yrs 1mo 11days. The times b/w disposition of sentence and arrest are as follows: 1st conviction and 2nd offense 4yrs 8mo 24days and b/w 2nd conviction and 3rd offense 3yrs 11mo 20days. I completed a court ordered alcohol treatment program after my 3rd charge. I have been sober since 3/11/14. I have paid all fees, costs, and restitution totaling over $5K. I have not gotten into any legal trouble since my last charge. I have been on probation for the almost 3 years since my felony and as soon as I finish the remaining 181 out of 480hrs of community service I will be eligible for early release from probation. The MO IRS has revoked my license until 3/06/2024 under RSMo. 302.060 I was told soon after my revocation that I could do nothing to get my license or a hardship license until the above date. Since 3 years have passed and laws are always changing, I am hoping someone can advice me on what I can do.
One of the statutes for hardship licenses has been amended, effective Jan. 1, 2017. From the history you have provided,...

A drunk individual took pictures of my license plate and video of me without my consent. How can I protect myself?
The individual was implying I was too drunk to drive because of a stupid comment my friend made. I was not. I am going to be a teacher and I cannot have video floating around that could damage my reputation. I am extremely worried that this might happen. It was a short video, but I am still very concerned. What recourse do I have?
Contact a MO privacy / reputation lawyer. Chances of being able to do anything proactively are small.

What are the steps that I need to take to clear this DWI from my record?
I was leaving a friends place after having a couple of drinks, just a couple I wasn't drunk, while I am driving home I move partially out of my lane to avoid hitting a pot hole and the officer pulled me over for not maintaining a single lane. The officer then began giving me test to see if I was drunk and I passed all of them. When the cop gave me the breathalyzer test I blew 4 times and all were inconclusive so I was arrested and taken to the station. When I blew at the station I blew a .102 and they booked me with a DWI. I was able to leave right after and did not and a bond. I am a college student and having this on my record could jeopardize my future.
First, you need to contact an attorney immediately. There are deadlines you don't want to miss which will effect your...
