I got my second DWI in Missouri last yr. I did everything I was suppose to. I get my license back end of May then I am moving to TX. Once I get license back I was suppose to put that blow machine thing in for 6 months. Will I still have to install that if I move to TX?
The problem of the ignition interlock devise (IID) can blow up if you stop using it. First the six month as far of the...
My brother and a friend were at the house drinking wth our mother. There was a noise disturbance, so we stopped dancing, and they gave the friend an eye test...he passed. They got another call and came back and gave all three of us MIPs, but i heard if your mother is present they cannot do that? And as for the friend, he had permission to be drinking with my mother, brother and I. The officer told my brother he was calling his college, but they cant do that without him actually being convicted. As for them knowing alcohol was consumed, the officer gave us each a breathlizer and never told us what we blew. There was no proof of anything besides an unopened bottle of alcohol.
Are you under the legal drinking age of 21? If not, you cannot legally consume alcohol, whether your mother is present...
In Missouri on 10/05/14 I was in a parking lot of a motel when police pulled in and utimately took me in at approximately 1:30 or so am. Several civial rights of mine were abused. I was charged I thought with a DWI according to the county court there are no charges pending a court date as of yet 1/11/14. I instanty moved forward with a restricted licence and satop as well as the interlock. I called the licence bureau interactive response hotlime and it states I have no pending or action against my license. My question is can i legally remove this interlock or do I just leave it on for the 6 months. I am not trying to bring any attention to myself and I am seeing the statue of limitations to be one year if I am correct. Any advise is appreciated. Thank you very much

My husband has a DWI offense conviction. He won the administrative hearing in Missouri, no license suspension or revocation. Not on Limited Driving or Restricted Driving Privileges. Court ordered IID on any vehicle he operates as part of probation. We have two cars, his name is on both Titles (cannot just be my name alone on my car due to credit). Will they expect two IIDs, one on each car even though he will be driving only the one car?
That depends on what the order said. For example, in NY it is owns or operates. Therefore it would be both cars. You...

Most DWI courts require the conviction to be a felony. However, if the charge is a class B felony statute number 577.010 states that the offender must serve two years in prison before probation or parole is granted. The two years would either be associated with a DOC Long Term Treatment Program or it would be a straight DOC sentence for X # of years. I'm assuming that after doing either of these one wouldn't be able to go into DWI court but if anyone can provide clarification or details about this I would greatly appreciate it.
I can't answer this question for every DWI Court in Missouri. In St. Louis County and St. Charles County they will...
