If you get a DUI in another state are you banned from that state?
My boyfriend lives in Missouri but has gotten 2 DUI's in Illinois in his 20"s (10 years ago). He claims he can not move to the state of Illinois because of that.
No, but I suspect he means that he didn't show up to court and fears being arrested. He should speak with criminal...
What else could cause this suspension?
My driving records do not show anything about a suspension and I haven't violated any laws that would justify a suspension, what are other reasons SOS would suspend? All court dates have been attended and don't owe any money.
There are numerous violations/issues that can cause a suspension. Rather than guessing - go to your local SOS facility...
What can I do and how do I fix this.
I was driving with a temp license and had found that it had expired, 8 hadn't yet recieved my new license and in that time I had changed address I was pulled over twice with said expired license and givin warning tickets for headlights both times expired license was given back. First time officer had told me that my license was "Pending" suspension, she did not state that it was she said it was pending this was 11/20/16 I asked her if there was a date, :she had told me 11/26/16 is the pending suspension date. She allowed me to leave with a headlight warning. On 11/24/16 I was pulled over again, for the same circumstances, I informed the officer of my license being expired, he understood and ran it, before doing so I informed him of my previous engagement with his fellow officer and told him I wanted to make sure I got this fixed if I could, he returned to my car and stated it said pending supervision 12/26/16 at that point I was to believe I had a month to figure things out, 5 days later pulled over and officer arrested me on bail for driving under suspended license,  11/26/16 was the day it was suspended, I received neither letter or was informed of the suspension at anytime.
First of all the reason you did not receive notice of the suspension was because you moved and did not notify the SOS...
Will the blood test come back lower then what I blew and are my chance of it being dropped good?
I was in accident recently and I blew a .09 I had stopped drinking two and a half hours prior to the accident and they took me to the hospital about an hour later to draw blood. I was wondering if my blood level will be higher or if there is a good chance for it to be lower. The accident involved a drunk pedestrian which I struck because he was in the middle of the road in all black where there were no street lights. I was charged with a DUI and failure to stop to prevent the accident. I just want to know what my odds are on this case.
I'll start with your last question first... NO ONE can predict either your Blood BAC or the odds of winning or losing...
I need my MO driver's license reinstated but I live in IL and can't jump through their hoops. Is there anything I can do?
Missouri wants me to do 20 hours of group therapy, 20 hours group education, and 10 hours of one on one counseling to get my license back. At a cost of $1500. Illinois won't give me a license if I'm revoked in Missouri. I have no way to get to Missouri for the classes, or the money to do them. I know there's a "judicial review" option, but is that realistic? Is there anything else I can do to bypass SATOP and get my license reinstated in Missouri? My DWI was over ten years ago and I've actually been sober for 3 years now. The 50 hours of SATOP is mandated solely due to my BAC at the time of my arrest (which happened at my home after I drank more, an hour after I was driving)
Unless you comply with the requirements in Missouri, there is nothing you will be able to do to get your license...

This is a duplicate question .Unless you comply with the requirements in Missouri, there is nothing you will be able to...
Restricted driving permit in IL and moving to TX.
My husband has a RDP (work permit, to/from work or work-related) in Illinois. We are moving to Texas. Should he apply for a RDP in Texas or just drive on the Illinois permit until he is eligible for full reinstatement (2017) and get a Texas license then? He is not on probation and has completed all other requirements.
The second option you mention is the most logical one. For now he should drive on the ILL permit cross country.
