A warrant has been issued for Robert Shayne Marsh, 52, of Clarksburg, following his second consecutive failure to appear before a Harrison County Magistrate. Police arrested Marsh on a number of charges earlier this month. Comment?

FirstEnergy, parent company of Mon Power, is offering a $20,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of the person responsible for vandalizing a power line being built in Harrison and Doddridge counties. The $92 million power line is currently under construction. Comment?

The video of an arrest by police officers in Harrison County has been the subject of controversy since Friday, but Clarksburg Police Chief Robbie Hilliard said Wednesday he has complete faith in the actions of his officers and the Harrison County Sheriff's deputy involved in the arrest. "Initially from the video, I couldn't figure out why everyone was in such of an uproar," Chief Hilliard said. Comment?

"Mother" Jones, of national fame as an organizer and agitator among the mine workers, together with twelve miners are now confined in the county jail in this city, on the charge of violating an injunction issued Thursday by Judge J.J. Jackson, of the U.S. Circuit Court. The arrest was made in Clarksburg yesterday afternoon by U.S. Marshall, C.D. Elliot, of this city, and five or six deputies. Comment?
