    12:16 p.m., Valley Springs - A person was concerned that someone was not picking up their mail on Heney Lane. 2:45 p.m., Valley Springs - Christopher Paul Bates, 51, of the 6900 block of Baldwin Street, was booked on suspicion of possession of metal knuckles, use of a false compartment to hide controlled substances, felony probation violation and misdemeanor charges possession of a controlled substance paraphernalia and possession of burglary tools after an arrest on the 6900 block of Baldwin Street.

    12:31 p.m., lost, found property - A person lost their phone in a South Washington Street parking lot and believed it was picked up by a transient person. 2:03 p.m., reckless driving - The driver of a tan pickup truck weaved in and out of traffic while cursing at other drivers, but he told an officer that he just attempting to merge.
