Nathan Mundt, 31, of Cheyenne, was shot while he allegedly used a gun to rob the pharmacy. Police say Mundt entered the pharmacy wearing a black face mask, pointed a black handgun at employees, and demanded Percocet and Oxycodone. Comment?

According to a release from CPD officer Dan Long, Officer Lisa Koeppel responded to a report of two men, 40 year old Aventura Palomo Jr. of Gillette, and 32 year old Adam Palomo of Cheyenne, fighting in the street. Soon after Officer Koeppel's arrival, the two men ran from the scene. Comment?

On Jan. 21, 2014, Nathaniel Tallman arrived for a drug deal at Russell "Rusty" Britton's barn in Berthoud and said he had good news and bad news. Seconds later, Tallman, 25, of Lafayette, lay dead, shot in the back of the head during what Britton said was a robbery planned by the two men now standing trial for murder . Comment?

A man is now behind bars after leading Cheyenne Police on a late night chase Tuesday. The case remains under investigation but at this time Kevin Smith has been arrested for police interference, refusing to obey and carrying a concealed weapon. Comment?

A convicted sex offender on the Texas Department of Public Safety 10 Most Wanted list has been captured in Wyoming. The Texas Department of Public Safety on Tuesday announced the arrest of the 46-year-old Smith. Comment?

Sexually violent predator Ernest Smith is now in custody after removing his ankle monitor and fleeing from Texas. Smith was arrested Sunday in Cheyenne after being added to the Texas 10 Most Wanted Fugitives Program on August 27. Smith had been part of the state's Civil Commitment Program since December of 2014 and intentionally cutoff his ankle monitor before making a run for it. Comment?
