On the night of Sunday November 15, CPD says thieves hit the car lot and stole the tires and rims off of at least 8 brand new trucks that were parked in the dealer lot. They say this is no small crime to Halladay Motors, says Vice President and General Manager Jim Casey, "with the wheels and tires it's probably three or four-thousand dollars per vehicle, so probably somewhere between 20-30 thousand dollars' worth of damage." The Cheyenne Police Department was called to 2416 E. 12th St. at 3:15 p.m. yesterday after receiving a report of a woman being stabbed. David Montoya, 31, of Cheyenne, was arrested and booked into the Laramie County Detention Facility on an Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon charge. Comment?
