have sufficient evidence, reasonable evidence that I drove. Sentenced to 6 months. I was never in trouble with the law, just having a lot of problems with my daughter and job & family service was involved. I do not do drugs. Judge denied car out of impound after 2 1/2 months for my daughter who was turning 18. Car impounded for 8 months. Judge "writes" on kite paper from jail to me, "remain in jail until after my daughters court appearance", from juvenile court. Denied early release after 90 days to be back with my daughter, she was on her own. Also, I was on Zoloft 200 mg for 4 months, called doctor for a refill, nurse calls back and says doctor won't refill it, he will see you in 2 weeks. After 6 days off Zoloft I was hospitalized with severe foot & hand cramps and seizures nurse is gone

How long do people in general have to wear a scram bracelet following a violation of probation?
I know a friend who violated his probation by drinking a few beers a day before he was called in for a random egt test and tested positive. His lawyer got the judge to lift his bond and they increased his AA meetings and put on a scram bracelet. He goes to court in the beginning of next month but he was wondering how long he could possibly have the financial burden of paying for the scram?
Until the judge says so, until the probation is terminated, or until he gets incarcerated for violating his probation.
If my Ohio drivers license is going to be suspended, but is not yet suspended, can I obtain an out-of-state license?
I will be moving out of state here in the next few days, and since my license is still valid up until near the end of this month I was curious. Would I legally be able to obtain a license out of state, and if so, would it stay valid or be suspended as well? Also, on the notice of suspension it has both FRA Suspension for 3 years and a Mandatory Suspension for 3 months. Does this mean the actual suspension is only 3 months and for the rest of the time I have to carry SR-22 insurance, or am I unable to drive the entire time?
You can try. So long as you are not under suspension when you apply for the license in another state you can legally...
Underage drinking - Penndot blocks OH license 22 years later.
Recently I went to renew my Ohio driver's license and to my surprised was told that PA has placed a block on my OH license for an incident that occured 22 years ago. The incident was under age drinking on a college campus. I paid all costs/fines at the time and left the university. However, PennDot is telling me now that my license should have been suspended and they show no record of any credits/time for this suspension. I'm not and have never had a PA driver's license. Also, previous 4+ times that I renewed my license never had a problem. Questions. 1. Can PA suspend my OH license? 2. What legal recourse do I have to get block removed? Thanks
Ohio does not have a suspension for conviction of underage consumption, I can't speak on PA laws. You should check...
Transferring colleges. DUI on my record.
Hello. I'm trying to transfer to another university, and one of the application questions is "Have you ever been convicted of a criminal offense or have charges pending against you at this time? (Other than minor traffic violations)." Now, I was convicted of an OVUAC. It was a poor choice as a stupid young kid. It's the only thing on my record, and I'm not sure weather to answer yes or no because I don't know if it's a criminal conviction or a traffic conviction. I don't want to be denied. Also, this is incredibly stressful because I can never expunge or seal it being in the state of Ohio.
It is a criminal conviction and you do need to candidly reveal it. Sorry to tell you this, as I appreciate you did not...
Out of state license Illinois dui conviction ?
I have Ohio license and plead guilty in Illinois. I read from answers posts that I will be suspended in Ohio for sometime. Will I ever be able to be reinstated after suspension. Or will I be put on hold until I'm lifted in Illinois. The Illinois revocation is 1 year but I hear that Illinois has a process that could be 3 years for reinstatement.
In Illinois, if you received court supervision on the DUI, then there would be no revocation to your Illinois driver's...
What are the typical BAC levels that reveals slurred speech and glossy/red eyes.
I know that it's all subjective however, is there a study that's show percents that people will like have a certain one of these signs based on the BAC?
You're absolutely correct that effects like slurred speech and outward physical changes are going to be subjective....
