Can I get my DUI supervision reinstated?
Got a DUI in 1995, did classes and victim impact panel, but did not appear at the end of supervision date and my supervision was revoked and a conviction was entered in 1996. I know it is very old, but there is an outstanding warrant so maybe the case is technically still open. I am wanting to go back in to get the supervision reinstated and then satisfactorily terminated so the "license revocation" will be removed. Can this be done? And if not, what am I supposed to do now? I don't live in Illinois anymore, but just want to clear this up
You need to contact the attorney who handled this matter or another attorney to address this for you. Although you no...

It's possible and it will likely change in the future. Contact a US immigration attorney at that time.
Will I be able to get an IL drivers license if I have a DUI from Arizona?
In mid 2010 I was pulled over and charged with a DUI (first and only) in Scottsdale, AZ. I pleaded guilty (misdemeanor) in Aug. 2011 and satisfied all AZ court requirements (fines, 24 hours in jail, classes, etc.). Additionally, I have satisfied ALL BUT ONE of the AZ D.O.T requirements (interlock device). Reason being, I moved to Chicago, IL in Sept. 2011 and did not physically have a car to attach an interlock device to (I still do not!) I never had a reason to change my ID as my AZ license does not expire until 2048 and there was no reason for me to believe otherwise. Here we are, 6 years later, and I am just finding out I may not be able to get an IL driver's license because my AZ license is still listed as "revoked." With the 6 year, I have had ZERO traffic violations and thus, my record is clean and clear. Why am I STILL being reprimanded in my 30's for something that happened in my mid 20's??
You will have to clear your AZ license before IL will give you a license. I strongly advise you to contact an AZ...

DUI baiid violation, what are the consequences?
I received dui supervision and am on the baiid program for 6 months. I am 4 months into the program with no failed attempts. I believe the pass limit for my intoxiloc is .02. Yesterday morning around 830 am I attempted to start my car and resulted in an .08 reading. Thinking this was a mistake I took a drink or water and retested less than 5 mins later resulting in a .06 reading. Seeing the difference in that short time felt a little weird to me. I did have a few drinks the night before but sincerely believed very little would still be in my system. Certainly not .06! I did have a sweat shirt in the front seat of my car that was used to clean up spilled beer the night before, however I didnt think that would effect my reading. I believe that anything over .05 results in a violation of the baiid program. what consensuenses can I expect from this violation? I am very worried they will not allow me to continue in the program. Will this be two violations since I failed twice?
You will be sent a letter asking to provide an explanation. Most likely, this BAIID result will lead to an extension...
