I was cited for public intoxication in Burbank. 9-36 is the ordinance number. I know it is not a crime, but what is the maximum punishment and what can happen in court?

Future medical student diagnosed with ADHD (Vyvanse) arrested for DUI. What are the chances of winning this case outright?
I had 3 beers with my cousin starting at 8:30pm. Background: 1. Was pulled over on Touhy for speeding 63/35mph. 2. Admitted to alcohol consumption, performed FST & station machine test (1st two errors, last reading .10). 3. Charged with DUI, speeding, illegal transportation of alcohol (cousin’s cup); I also have an additional court date (12/8) for speeding on the same street on a separate occasion. 4. No Blood Chemical Test performed. 5. Clean criminal record. Currently a UIC Grad student pursuing a Masters in Health Informatics. Applying to medical school in 2016 Diagnosed with ADHD and take Vyvanse 25mg/day (get drowsy, dizzy, and restless at night). My court date is 12/22/15 and hoping for best possible scenario to continue my medical career w/o hindering future employment.

Two failed starts on BAIID - am I going to get a letter from Secretary of State?
I have a Monitoring Device Driving Permit (MDDP) which has been installed on my vehicle since January. Until last month, I had not had any problems with it. One morning last month, I tried the device and the vehicle would not start due to a reading of .025-.049 (and it had to be on the low end of that. I tried it again a couple minutes later, with the same result. I haven't had that happen again since. Since there were only two failures to start, is it safe to assume that I won't hear from the Secretary of State? The terms and conditions of the MDDP say that it is a "Violation" only if it fails to start 10 times in a 30-day period or 5 times in a 24-hour period. Thanks in advance!
You can expect to hear from the Secretary of State. You will be asked to explain why you had these results. You will...
