I recvd an OWI in Iowa 9/2014. The conviction went through 4/2015. I have an Illinois drivers license. my suspension is clear
and taken care of in Iowa. I did not refuse to blow either. Therefore, will Iowa ever report to Illinois? I have heard yes due to the DLC but I have heard many say they never do or it could be 3 plus years due to being behind? I have called and my license is still valid in Illinois. Also if Illinois does find out, what are the penalties and can I get a driving permit? what are the procedures I guess. BAC was .19
You will be revoked for a minimum of one year when the Illinois Secretary of State is notified that you had an alcohol...
Can you get a restricted driving permit after 3 DUIs in Illinois?
My boyfriend has had 3 DUIs now. The most recent one was in April 2012 but he wasn't convicted until October 2012. So about 2 years ago. Will he be eligable for a restricted or hardship license? We have three small children and it is becoming very costly to drive him to and from work 6 days a week because he works about 25 minutes away from where we live. On top of that, we have to wake the kids up every morning to take them with us. Hoping he is eligable to at least drive to and from work. Can anyone help us out?
He is most likely eligible for a hardship restricted driving permit, but he should discuss his driving record with a...
I was arrested in Wabash Co Illinois for a DUI - I have been discriminated against in many ways and went to court and had no say
I was charged for failing a sobriety test - I was actually having a medical angina attach as the officer wrote my speech was slurred, confused -well of course I was I told this officer over and over I was having an angina anxiety attack -he denied me access to my purse for my rescue inhalor - then searched my car and seen that I take 13 meds -2 controlled is what he wrote the ticket on - well, I hadn't taken my meds that day and they had all of them at the jail, counted them and knew this - I was discriminated against today in court for I was given no chance to produce my proof of my condition/disabilities - I was ordered to take a $150 DUI evaluation class before I can speak to the States Attorney - WHAT ! I have proof of my disabilities - including the attacks -and want to pursue this

How to find DUI records
My 6 year old son lives mostly with my ex-wife. She has been on several evening dates recently, and I have heard through the grapevine that she is driving under the influence. Obviously, I fear for my son. How can I find out if she has any DUI's?
Criminal History Records information is only available from the Illinois State Police. Information is located at their...
DUI for job applications
Went to my DUI stats call and judge "terminated satisfied" my supervision since all requirements were done. Supervision was suppose to go to December 2015. For future job applications and interviews, I know most companies ask about convictions. Since I completed the supervision there is no conviction, but the arrest will show up forever since this can't be sealed or expunged. Should I disclose this information anyway since the background check will show arrest and court records show I pleaded guilty? If I do disclose, would the employer be able to view the full record? Even though I don't want to come across as liar, I just thought about saying I decided to plea guilty in order for my summary suspension to be rescinded - which happened. I pleaded guilty cause I was over the limit
If you were convicted of a DUI and successfully completed probation, you are still convicted. Disclosure depends on the...

I need help concerning my first DUI case.
On Monday, I had two drinks coming from a friend's house. I drove home and parked. I turned my car off as well. I fell asleep in my car in the driver's seat. I woke up to flashing lights. The officer told me to turn my car on, in which I did. I told him I had two drinks and that I was parked at my home. He took field sobriety test and took me to the station. I took a breathalyzer test and blew .99. They kept me for six hours and read me my Miranda rights at the station. I do not have a criminal record, I do not have any traffic violations. My driver's license is in good standing and I have insurance on my car. The report states that I was slumped over the wheel and I was not and it also states my car is silver and it is clearly black. Do I have a case? Will these charges be dismissed?
Why is it always two drinks? Anyway, you need to hire an attorney. That's the only thing you can do right now to help...
