The incident involved no injuries and no property damage (besides my own vehicle). I abandoned the vehicle and called a wrecker, however the police arrived first. I would prefer not to be charged with any moving violations as it would effect my DoT driving status. Please advise.

I paid my lawyer in full for my DWI 3 case. I have not not talk to her personally since I hired her 5 mos ago. Everytime I call her assistant says she is out the office. I have pretrial in a couple weeks and we haven't discussed anything about my case or what to expect, I also sent paperwork for commercial driver work permit over 2 mos ago and I just got a notice for a court date the day before my dwi 3 pretrial. Is she really working for me??? Im afraid this process want go well in my favor.

I took the field sobriety test and the officer said he failed me because I started too soon. The officer failed to explain that that would equal an automatic arrest and license suspension. I assumed that they would take me to the station where I would be tested there- I know that the mobile units are very unreliable and didn't wish to incriminate myself further. Once at the station the officers refused to do any sort of tests. At about 6 a.m. I was laying on a mat on the floor and the officer who arrested me came into the room, started yelling about breakfast, and I didn't say anything- I was genuinely scared. He then kicked the mat (and my head in the process) as hard as he could yelling "you stupid drunk a**hole!". There was a camera in the room and a witness. What can I do with this?
