FRAUD: On March 17, a Vincent Drive resident reported that someone made fraudulent charges on his Visa card totalling $390. THEFT: On March 17, a resident of Pete Dickens Road, Bogart, reported someone entered her unlocked vehicle and stole a laptop, valued at $400, which was left on the passenger side seat. Comment?

Alert employees of the Kroger supermarket on Epps Bridge Parkway were able to provide an Oconee County sheriff's deputy with enough information to arrest a suspect on Sunday in an entering auto crime. The victim, a 43-year-old Bogart man, reported he left his Chevrolet van parked in the Kroger parking lot at about 9:30 a.m. and upon returning at 3:30 p.m. he found the van forcibly entered and a paint sprayer valued at $2,000 was missing, according to a sheriff's report. Comment?
