Do I need to take a CPL class again?
3 years ago my CPL was revoked for a misdemeanor. I will be eligible in a few weeks to carry. My question is, do I need to take a class again and apply for my license all over again? Or, can I get my revoked CPL reinstated? I'm in the state of Michigan. My old certificate from 3 years ago is long gone.
It depends. It's a very lawyer answer, but it is important to retain counsel to fully address this issue. The...
Do I need to take a CPL class again?
3 years ago, my CPL was revoked. In a few weeks I will be eligible to get it back. My question is, do I need to take a class again and reapply like the first time? Or, can I somehow get my previous license reinstated?
It is hard to answer without more information, but generally if it was revoked, then you have to take the class again.

Have 6 mts restricted Michigan driver's license due to DUI, No interlock. How do I get restrictions removed & get full priv?
Sentence 93 days in jail for DUI, served 70 days as full sentence. Paid all fees, eligible for unrestricted license September 29, 2015. Do I apply to SOS? There was no interlock device, no suspension or revocation of my license in Michigan. Sentence was first offense in Michigan. Have other DUI in Ohio, license suspended for 6 months there. Used to have Virginia license, but it was revoked due to Ohio offense. What do I do? And what can I expect? Will Michigan pull all my history when I ask for restrictions to be removed?
A full review of your driving record would be necessary to determine if, and when, you would be eligible for a drivers...

Pay drivers license reinstatement fee early in Michigan?
I am on restricted driving till July 17 2014. My question is can I go to the secretary of state 2-3 weeks early and pay my fee prior to the restrictions being lifted? This is my first OWVI all my fees have been paid in full. I ask because I was tols by my PO that I'd have to wait till the 18th. If that were the case, I technically wouldn't be able to drive myself to the SOS to pay my fee correct? I'd like to pay it early and take a new picture prior to it being lifted so I can drive as soon as my restrictions are up
That is solely controlled by the Secretary of State. The will send you a letter stating when you may reinstate your...
I violated my probation by forgeting to call Jams on a day I was suppose to give a PBT.
I call everyday to see if my color is called. One day I had forgot to call and my color was called. It was an honest error on my behalf, I was not drinking. I don't know what the punishments will be for this when I go into court. Should I hire a lawyer? I am currently on probation for an OWI. All I want to get this behind me and I am so scared that I will get stuck into this system. If anyone has an Idea of what can happen for a probation violation like this please give me some advice as to what options I have and what I can do. Thank you
If you were convicted of a first offense, the maximum possible sentence is 93 days. The maximum for a second offense...
