How do you keep your drivers license up to date if you are in jail when they expire?

Will my 911 call play in his DUI/ DWI court case? Will they know i called? Do i have to go to court? I know this person.
I have a question I called 911 Yesterday i didn't ask to be anonymous and reported a guy in a black buick sleep/drunk at the wheel with his car running. He was Parked on a street. when i called there was No accident and the car was in park. I gave the 911 operator the location of the driver on the street. I didn't give my name but i gave a phone number when asked as well my address. When the police did show up his car was on the curb but it hit a light pole with the street sign and knocked it down. He did a breathalyzer 1.9% Than he was taken away and car towed. He holds a CDL(truck driver) Now I'm really scared that they will find out if i called or if my information will be on the police report. I gave the police probable cause to find him. Will my 911 call play when he goes to court? Will their Lawyer subpoena me to go?. Is my info in the police report? Will he know i called? Or can he find out. Im so scared Please help. I know them personally.
You have no reason to be scared. You did nothing wrong and in fact may have saved someone's life if that person...

I was just arrested for driving while drinking. Two years ago I was arrested for assault and it was decr to disorderly conduct
My charge from two years ago was granted a PBJ and can be expunged from my record after I alhave completed court ordered alcohol treatment. This was an isolated incident where a family member assaulted me and was defending myself and was seen by arriving officers and was arrested because they saw me defending myself. I hate been trying to get my nursing license renewed and it is now up to the board to grant it or not. The worst thing is, I made a very bad decision recently any was arrested for drinking any driving. What do i do now? Am I going tie like the chance to get my license renewed?
The DUI charges have administrative consequences in addition to the serious traffic charges. You face a possible...
What penalties can a person face if they are found driving a vehicle without the Interlock Ignition Device.
My son is a week and a half shy of completing his time with the IID. I believe he was in this for at least 18 months. The device is installed in the vehicle he uses for work, not in his truck. He drove his truck to Lowes, no IID in this vehicle. Received a citation and so forth. Was pulled over for answering a cell (delete expletive here). His time with the interlock has been satisfactory, with the exception of two malfunctions for him not operating it correctly, no alcohol issues in these instances. Operator error basically. He was told this is an MVA issue. All of this resulted from his second DUI. He has successfully completed ALL requirements related to this offense. Probation, classes, etc. What penalties might he be looking at. Thank you so much for your time.
More Interlock time and possible violation of probation which may carry jail time plus violating a license restriction...

Speak with your attorney about this. A failed test will extend your ignition interlock for one month. Four months or...
DUI and DWI
I have been asked by my attorney to take an alcohol education class in order to show that I'm being proactive before a DUI/DWI. -My question is: What will that do for me? Will the outcome be different from what it would've been if I had not taken the class? I am not considering not taking it (already enrolled) but I'm just wondering what the judge will think of that and what effects it could have on my case. -Will the judge be able to see the results of a PBT? I'm under the impression that it can't be used against me, but I'm wondering if he/she will still be able to see the results? -Will refusing the test at the station automatically hurt me in court? -Since the introduction of Noah's law, has it been harder for attornerys to fight off first offense DUIs? -In what cases are breathalyzers put into vehicles?
You have an attorney and he or she is the best person to ask these questions. First, some judges will put people in...
