Am I going to jail?
Im on probation for two dwis a commited a few years ago. I have genuinely turned my life around and am completely sober now however I do occasionally drive without a license. I cannot miss work or I will be terminated and I cant always count on a ride. I cannot apply for a hardship license without an SR-22 which I cannot afford at the moment. I was recently stopped by city police for not wearing my seatbelt and that resulted in a driving while revoked. im on probation in two different cities and Im sure this is a violation. This is my second driving while revoked. Can these charges be reduced enough to keep me out of jail?

Since being released from prison July 2016, my parole officer had me take my first urine test may 2017. I think it could be positive because I had taken my last dose of amphetamines 3 days prior and am a regular everyday user. Also drank beer 1 day prior. I didn't witness parole officer test it right then but my 2 yr old was running around so my attention was on him. She did a send off, which I signed a carbon copy paper stating I deny using any drugs\intoxicants. Was told from a friend that to assure it was my urine sample, I should've initialed the specimen bottle also. But I didn't, nor did I initial\sign a sticker to be placed onto bottle speciman. Parole officer called me today, 1 week since the test so I know that's what she's calling inregard too but I was working. Am gonna have to talk to her tomorrow......help please
