My cousin was in an accident. She stated she was intoxicated. No arrest, but charged with DUI and reckless driving.
As states above, she was drunk and hit another car. Both taken to the hospital for minor injuries. No arrest was made, but yet they charged with DWI and Reckless Driving. Issued a temp license. What does this mean and what happen from here? Thanks for any help!!

I was arrested last night under suspicion of DUI. When I was released this morning, they didn't give me a ticket/citation or say anything about a court date. I've called the municipal court and the gentleman that I spoke with said that he didn't see anything for me in the system.
This is my first offense and I'm not quite sure how these things work. Any advice would be great!
In the event you are going to be charged, it is not uncommon for the criminal summons to be mailed to you.
Do I have to get the ignition interlock if I haven't had my license for over 4 years cause of a dui
in 2012 I plead guilty to a misdemeanor dui in KS and my license was revoked. I was on probation but I am in violation. I was just released out of prison and have paid all my outstanding fines eliminating all holds on my license. I am going to try and get my license back now but I don't know what to expect, (sr22 and ignition interlock) someone told me that after so many years those are no longer required. is this true? I have not had my license since December of 2011.
The best way to determine what the Department of Revenue will require you to do to get your license is to call the...
I am being charged with a DWI in Missouri. Can the Nolle of charge they're offering me be prosecuted in the future?
I am being charged with a first offense DWI in Missouri. The deal they are offering me is the following:
Defendant to successfully complete, through EMass, Substance Abuse Traffic Offenders Program (SATOP), Victim Impact Panel (VIP), 24 hours community service. State will request Court to continue case until December 31, 2016. Upon successful completion of conditions and no other criminal violations, State will Nolle current DWI charge.
Wouldn't this Nolle be allowed to be prosecuted in the future if the state wanted? Is there some other type of way the case can be ended that would be more like an acquittal (where it can't be prosecuted again), but part of a deal before trial?
Please talk to your attorney. Without knowing the evidence, that offer is very good. Yes, you may be re-charged if...
What are the likely criminal penalties for a minor with a DWI in Missouri?
Pulled over by a city police officer. 19 years old. Did sobriety testing blew a .04, the legal limit is .02 for a minor. What is likely to become of me when the process is all said and done? Is probation almost certain? The officer said I had hit the middle dotted line on the highway consecutive times. No one else in the vehicle. Curious of the likely criminal penalties and I am also going to college out of state and wondering if this has a chance for me being required to travel back and forth.
What is the number ordinance or statute? It will be on the ticket. Or did you just get a notice of suspension or...
