A sheriff's SWAT team has arrested a man who holed up in his Los Angeles County residence for several hours after officers tried to serve an attempted-murder warrant. The standoff began around 4 a.m. Monday when police arrived at the Bell Gardens home of Jose Navarro Jr. A SWAT team surrounded the home and at 9:30 a.m. fired tear gas inside. Comment?
