Suppress a dui case??
How can you suppress it? Like what kind of evidence do you need to suppress it?
Your question is a lot like going up to the homerun king and asking him how to hit a grand slam. First, you have to...
If a lawyer says that she's going to suppress the evidence, does that mean she has enough to suppress the evidences?
The reports says that I stumble out of the car, that he believes that I was dui because I admitted to having 2 drinks. I wasn't drunk because my limit wasn't even .08. I was .065 n she said that she can possibly suppress that. Is that true?
It would be improper for us to predict the outcome of your case. But why would she want to suppress a 0.065. BAC?
Can I get another lawyer to fight my case for a first time DUI. I have not yet been to court for trail. What can I do?
I was pulled over June 26 in illinois. Me and my roommate were heading home when I decided to pull over on the shoulder before the toll pay station. I was charged for illegal parking, DUI and transportation of alcohol. I refused the brethalizer test both but faild the field soberty test can anyone help! My court date will be September 13 for trail. What can I do?
You have the right to switch lawyers at almost anytime, so it should not be a problem prior to the first court date....

Long story short, I was pulled over 2 years ago for what the police because he believe dui. I wasn't but anyway. I refused the breath test on the road because I believe wasn't drunk because I only had two drinks also wasn't unbalanced or not. I did what he ask me do and I did. I seen the tape and my old lawyer said I wasn't. Anyway at the station, I was told that if I didn't take the test that I would have my license suspended for refusal. Didn't kno that was a law but I did take it. I was at .08 at station 3 hrs after having two drinks, I haven't gone to court because I can't ata lawyer because of this dui suspension I loss my job after nearly of barely making payment my lawyer drop me to a public defender. My question why is it taking so Long to go to court after getting a public defender. I've been switch to two different attorneys, this case is taking a toll on me. I want this to be over with it because I want to prove that I wasn't drunk. Any advice without being rude
The PUBLIC defender is a free lawyer for people who cannot afford to hire their own attorneys. They have a huge...
What do you have to do to get your driver's license reinstated after a DUI?
My son was convicted of a DUI in Wisconsin. He had served a one-year suspension in both Illinois and Wisconsin, when he was notified, because of clerical error, he needed to serve another years' suspension (suspensions that should have been served concurrently were not). He is nearing the end of his second year's suspension and was denied a hardship license because his father drives him to work daily (they work at the same place). He has taken all required alcohol related classes. He was told by a lawyer today that he cannot get his license reinstated until he has a hardship license for 9 months, (which he was denied). and pays additional fees. I know he made a mistake, but this is getting ridiculous...they have him jumping through hoops that don't even exist.
It sounds as though your son is under 21 and that he was originally suspended in Illinois based on an alleged test...
