The Syracuse man accused of shooting another man near a bar at the intersection of Park and Butternut streets had a gun stolen in Pennsylvania, according to court records.  Both men arrested after the shooting - Kevin Ranzinger, 24, of Syracuse, and Isiah L. Coker, 29, of Auburn - had illegally possessed guns, court records said.  Ranzinger was charged with criminal possession of a weapon, criminal possession of a firearm, resisting arrest and criminal possession of stolen property, a felony complaint filed in the City of Syracuse said.  Officers approached Ranzinger in the 800 block of Butternut Street after he shot a 31-year-old man in the chest in front of Tommy's Park bar, the court records said.  Officers found Ranzinger with a black and silver Ruger SR9 9mm, court records said.
