Can i get my supervised probation switched to unsupervised probation?
In April of 2012 i was sentenced to five years probation in Nebraska for distribution of a controlled substance i have had no dirty .ua's completed my community service attend aa/na and counseling as ordered and have had the same job for almost three years now. I have a great opportunity at a way better job in Texas but with no family there it seems impossible and this maybe my only hope of being able to go. I started on intense supervised probation and now i have downgraded where i only have to see my po once every three months
Contact a criminal attorney in Nebraska to see if something can be worked out. Good luck!
My daughter recieved a MIP in Nebraska. On the ticket though, the officer wrote the date of offense as 05/19/2011 and her court
date is scheduled for 05/11/2011. In addition the officer did not sign the ticket or put his badge # on it. Since the date of the offense is incorrect and he didn't sign it, is it valid?
Yes this clerical error will not invalidate the ticket. Maybe the officer will agree to drop it at the court date.
I was charged with d.u.i. , m.i.p, violation of registration, and driving without headlights, what will my charge likely be?
I am 15 years old and was charged with all of the above and had a street release that night, what will my charge likely be and will i be able to get my license when i turn 16 and if not how long until I can?

I had a question about interlock in my car
I was just wondering what will happen in the state of Nebraska if you fail twice but passed the third time before you start your car even. This incident only happened once since I had the device put in my car. I went out into my car and turned on my device and blew into it like your suppose to. The first time I blew a 0.033 and the second time I blew the same thing which was a 0.033. Then it went into the temporary lock mode. I waited a good 30 to 45 minutes before I blew into it again the third time and passed it the third time with a 0.019. I already went to court and on house arrest now. I have to get my device recalibrated tomorrow. What should I expect if this only happened once since I have had it in my car. I have been doing everything I am suppose to do.
the recalibration will likely fix the problem and you shouldn't be in any trouble.
Can the police get in trouble for telling my school I got a DUI?
Long story short, I got a DUI and I'm under aged. The cop told me they usually let the school know every time someone gets in trouble, in this case, I got a DUI. isn't this confidential information?
The fact that your underage may be thereason. Never trust cop's.
Can I get charged in court with a 2nd offense DUI, when my ticket says 1st offense DUI if I have a DUI in another state?
I received a DUI and the officer asked if I had ever gotten one before. I told him yes in California 9 years ago. In California, a DUI stays on your record for 10 years. However, my ticket says I am charged with a DUI with no prior convictions. Is there a chance that I'll get charged in court with a 2nd instead of a 1st DUI?
I am not licensed to practice law in Nebraska, but either way of charging you is possible. The prosecutor is never...
I have been on probation for a DUI going on 3/5 years in Lincoln Ne. I recently had a failed UA and caught with a whizzinator
Probation had me go back to a treatment facility for the failed UA and have sent that I falsified my UA to the county attorney. I haven't heard anything thus far and have had a UA and breathalyzers since and have passed. I was wondering what the chances are for the County Attorney to pick up the case and if so, what I would be looking at. I have everything for my probation paid up and all things met but meetings.
Please note that I do not practice in your jurisdiction. However, you could have a probation violation coming. It...
