I am looking for an answer as to exactly what the secretary of state and hearing officer see if i have had some criminal cases in 2012, 2013 felonies but NONDRIVING, and if there were any other charges that I had along with those cases that were nolle prossee do those show up. What all shows up? How does it show up? Where do they gain these records from. Please inform me especially if you are extremely farmiliar with the Illinois secretary of state reinstatment hearing process or especially if you were previously a hearing officer yourself. I appreciate youre honesty. Thankyou.

How do i ask for court supervision?
I was arrest for a dui a few weeks ago and have a hearing on the 14th. I am 19 and blew a .19. I did cooperate with the authorities immediately, and was honest during the stop. The cop stated he would vouch that he believes im a good kid who just made a bad mistake. Im partially diasbled and am bi-polar. I dont even enjoy drinking alcohol, and made an impulsive decision do drink and drive anyway. That being said, i got treatment by myself, as i definitely needed to change. I would like to ask for court supervision, but dont know when to ask, and if i plead guilty first. I messed up, am desperately trying to steer my life in a different direction, but cannot afford a lawyer. Please help me out.

I was very young - 23 I think. I haven't had s DUI since. I would like to have it expunged. Is that possible, or are DUIs ineligible?
The short answer is no, you cannot expunge, nor seal a DUI disposition, even if you received supervision.
New ownner of my old car blew tolles and got it impounded on a dui. what steps do I take next?
Hi, I sold my car in IL and the new owner that lives a couple hours away failed to register it. They blew some tolles and then got arrested and it impounded on a dui. I was not in possestion of the car or the signed title a week or so prior. I now got a letter from the city saying I need to pay the impound or come to a hearing.
You should registered the transfer yourself. The state thinks you still own the vehicle. Your best solution would be...
