How do I know if I got a dwi
Got pulled over for swerving cop thought I was having a seizure or stoke sent me to hospital via ambulance turned out to be my medications reacting together they did a blood test there and anxiety meds and pain killers don't mix. I didn't get a ticket no cop at the hospital with me. Hospital staff said this is dwi. So how do I know if I'm in trouble
If you are being charged, they will have to serve you with a ticket or summons. It is possible that they might wait for...
i was arrested for dui for blowing .06 on breath test, which I know is bellow legal limit. i was not asked to take blood or urine test. I was arrested and transported to jail, charged with ovi, and my car was impounded. I also paid bond, tow fees, and never got my funds returned. I went to court and the judge and lawyer were appalled I was at court and dismissed the case immediately. The lawyer told me to contact an attorney that I was definitely wrongfully arrested. This happened in the summer of 2009, is it too late to take action or is this still possible? I would have tried to take action sooner, but I was incarcerated on unrelated charges from October 2010 to April 2011. I called every lawyer in my county before this and they were reluctant case because of the local police.
I am not an ohio attorney but my read of 2305.11 is that you had one year to bring this action. Consult an ohio...

Transferring colleges. DUI on my record.
Hello. I'm trying to transfer to another university, and one of the application questions is "Have you ever been convicted of a criminal offense or have charges pending against you at this time? (Other than minor traffic violations)." Now, I was convicted of an OVUAC. It was a poor choice as a stupid young kid. It's the only thing on my record, and I'm not sure weather to answer yes or no because I don't know if it's a criminal conviction or a traffic conviction. I don't want to be denied. Also, this is incredibly stressful because I can never expunge or seal it being in the state of Ohio.
It is a criminal conviction and you do need to candidly reveal it. Sorry to tell you this, as I appreciate you did not...
