What is going to happen to me with this case, what should I do? possible DUI and was driving on suspended license!
I have full coverage insurance on my car and I had missed a court date for a parking ticket (i only recently became aware of the license loss) I didn't know i got the ticket, nothing on my car and the ticket was sent to an address I use to live at that is in MA. Anyway I was getting to that this week, but not soon enough. I had been driving in the fast lane while intoxicated and my car slipped on some ice (im pretty sure) and my car rolled over 3 times apparently it was very smashed up, and a stranger called the police and a state trooper was very nice, i had been telling everyone that my car slipped on an ice patch and mentioned no alcohol and was only asked my name and date of birth, everyone was very nice (of course they would, I should be dead) and I was immediately put into an ER and tested and one test was ethenol and i was obviously very positive, i know the blood tests take about a month to come back but should I just call and ask the cop to meet with me non work hours if possible to see what he can do for me? I'm sure not all troopers are mean, i only hurt myself and I was planning on leaving the state and never driving again because i know im not any good! (22yrs old and

Is possession of alcohol by a minor considered to be an alcohol-related offense in Connecticut?
I am applying for a work permit because my license is suspended for a few more months. I am 20 years old and need to drive to work everyday. However, my license was suspended for having unopened beer in my trunk. In the list of requirements to qualify for a work permit one of the requirements are no alcohol-related offences. Does this mean I can not get a work permit? Is that considered to be an alcohol-related offense? I don't want to pay the $100 application fee if I don't think I will be able to get the permit.
I don't believe you're reading it correctly. Yes it is an alcohol related offense but that is exactly what the work...
How do I get my license reinstated in CT if I'm required to get an IID installed and do not own a car?
I got a Second DUI on 9/26/2013 and got 1 year suspension and 3 years IID. I do not own a car, therefore I never got the IID installed. I waited the 3 years for the IID requirement to pass. Can I get my drivers license reinstated and get the IID requirement waived considering it's been more than 3 years.

Can I reopen a 16 year old DWI case in Connecticut
I was recently denided a permit to purchase a hunting rifle in NH, the reason they gave me was a felony DWI in Ct. I dont think it should have been a felony. There was no personal or property damage.
You probably won't be able to reopen it. A pardon (expungement) would be best. Regardless, request your official...
