My husband was working in Ks ,had a drivers license from Tx and got a DWI in Ks in 2009 .
Now he did satop and paid fines and court cost and Lawyer fee. So we bought a place out of St Louis and went to license Sept to change address and they said he had a restriction on his license but didn't say what he dose have an A because of vision. We checked with Tx and he can have his license back there. He has never had a KS license, and only has MO.And all this was in 2009 so many moons ago ,, so now we are trying to find out what to do,going on 8 yrs and as of Nov he need to get is renewed and cost to much for paying the fee to find out.

My nephew wrecked his car while driving under the influence. While he was walking down the road an officer showed up and an ambulance was called. He was not arrested and no officer accompanied him. It has now been 7 months and a police officer just called him and told him he would be getting a summons in the mail for this incident.
