The Trumbull County Educational Service Center, Niles McKinley High School and all Trumbull County school districts are teaming up to host a community forum that will address drug addiction, especially the change in drug use patterns and the understanding of the chronic progressive disease. The father of a Warren teen whose remains were found in Ashtabula County won't face a judge in connection to reports he held a gun to a woman's head and shot a car while trying to get information about his missing daughter. A charge of felonious assault filed against Jonathan Owens, 33, was dismissed Thursday in Warren Municipal Court when Kanosha Bason, 22, did not appear for a preliminary hearing. Comment?
