A 16-year-old Urbandale boy has been charged after police say he rammed a police car with a stolen vehicle in Polk County. According to a news release from the Altoona Police Department, the suspect faces charges of assault with a weapon, first-degree theft, driving with a suspended license and reckless driving Officers say they responded to reports of a reckless driver Sunday night. On September 11, at approximately 3:50 a.m., the Fireside Grille in Altoona was burglarized and an ATM located inside the business was taken. One of the vehicles used in this burglary was stolen out of Polk County earlier Friday morning. Comment?
