Is it still possible for me to be charged with dui?
I ran a red light and got pulled over. I failed the sobriety test, but passed the breathalyzer. They did a blood test and I'm pretty sure it's going to come up negative. There may be cannabis on the blood test.
Yes, it is very possible that you can be charged with DWI. It's likely that a charging decision won't cine until the...
MN WI dwi
I would like to ask I was a resident of Wi for over a year, worked for company in WI, payed Taxes to state of WI, got dwi in WI but did not change my licance over from mn I can prove all of this so how according to dwi law jursdiction that it goes to the state you reside in and have done everything Wi has asked. I am valid in WI how can mn make me do more when to prove residency to get a licance you have to prove you live there I can prove I did not live there
Not sure I see a question here, but I vaguely see a question about where jurisdiction lies to file the dui/dwi....
Is there anything that can be done to get my normal license back sooner? Or at least drop the whisky plates? It's such a pain.
I got 2 DUI's when I was 20 years old, June 2014 and September 2014, just being dumb. My license was revoked and I was required to install ignition interlock. I was due to have the interlock removed in September 2016, until I received a letter in the mail from the DPS saying it had been extended for 180 days- no rolling retests, which I left my car on in my driveway on accident for a couple of hours this February 2016. I was just convicted of an ignition interlock violation as well. (Pulled over driving a friend's car because he was nodding off at the wheel on the way out of town, would have been dangerous to let him drive, and I know that is on the police report if that matters. Fined $200) Now it has been extended another 365 days making my new revocation end date March 2018. Almost 4 years later.
You have the right to challenge the extension in court. However, the law is that if you have an ignition interlock...
When I start EHM for 3rd deg DWI will I be drug tested
I was convicted of 3rd deg dwi in Washington co, sentenced to 1 month home monitoring. "no drug or alcohol use" was NOT part of my probation terms, just no drug related or alcohol related. When I go in to fill out paperwork will I have to go on home monitoring that day & do a drug test? (I am a chronic marijuana smoker) Or do they drug test me when I start? What happens if I fail?
I suggest you have a serious talk with the attorney who represented you if you are not familiar with all of the terms &...

How do i expunge a Careless driving plea agreement from a DUI on my record, if they can be expunged from 2008?
04/2008 arrested for DUI in Ramsey county (st. paul, MN). Plead down to a careless driving as my blood draw came back 0.096 as pulled over for crossing a turning-lane line in unfamiliar territory & was my first & only offense. Does the arrest still show DUI and how do i expunge these from my record, if they can be expunged?
It's really unlikely you will be able to expunge an alcohol related driving offense. regardless of the BAC. This would...
I was charged with a DUI. Will my drivers license be revoked if I was not arrested?
I am 18 and was charged with a DUI and a minor. I was not pulled over. My car died in the middle of an intersection and a cop saw and came to help. He had asked if I had anything to drink, I was honest and said yes. I agreed to take a breathalyzer and I blew a .04. On my ticket it does not say what my blood alcohol content was though. Is there a reason why it does not say what my BAC was?
With a .04 test result, chances are that you were charged with Underage Drinking and Driving, not DUI. It's a...
