He was taken to the York County Jail in lieu of cash bond. Monday, Nov. 2 4:22 p.m. Benjamin D. Marcellino, 20, of 73 Salt Marsh Drive, New Sharon, was issued a summons in the Route 109 area on a charge of criminal mischief for spray-painting graffiti on a railroad overpass.

Maine voters reject TABOR, excise tax changes

Across the board, local voters agreed with their fellow Mainers in voting Tuesday on a variety of statewide issues, defeating the Taxpayer Bill of Rights and a decrease in excise taxes, and approving the medical marijuana law as well as the state transportation bond issue.
