At the conclusion of her two-day sentencing hearing in Yamhill County Circuit Court, Traci Remington told Judge Cal Tichenor that everything spiraled out of control one day in early October 2008, and it led her to fire a round from a Glock 9mm semi-automatic handgun at her husband during an argument.

Andrew James Webb, who escaped Aug. 19 while being returned to the Yamhill County Jail following a court appearance, was sentenced Monday in Multnomah County Circuit Court to 15 months in prison for assaulting a sheriff's deputy while in custody at the Justice Center in downtown Portland.
