Richard L. Clark Jr., 65, on Monday pleaded guilty in Wyandot County Common Pleas Court to two counts of aggravated murder, each an unclassified felony and carrying a gun specification, said Prosecutor Jonathan Miller.

The Ohio Tax Credit Authority on Monday approved tax credits for five northwest Ohio companies, including three Toledo-area companies, that will use the assistance on projects expected to create 232 new jobs with a combined annual payroll of $11.6 million.
