BRECKENRIDGE, Minn. - Weary flood fighters tossed optimism around with the sandbags Tuesday, as the Red River's climb stalled in Breckenridge, on its still potentially wild ride north.
Breckenridge City Officials are asking for more of the public's help. According to the Wilkin County Sheriff's Office, the city is in dire need of volunteers to help build dikes and fill sandbags.
