Alleged target of Cornelius shooting arrested on unrelated charge; gunman still sought

A 30-year-old man claiming to have been shot at during a shooting near a Cornelius apartment complex Thursday was arrested on an unrelated outstanding warrant, according to the Washington County Sheriff's Office .
