3 plead guilty to food stamp fraud
Mary Loyd of Hinds County and Sheretta Johnson and Jacqueline Smith, both of Washington County, have pleaded guilty to food stamp fraud and must pay combined restitution of more than $33,000. That's according to an announcement Monday from the state Department of Human Services.
