The 2009 Christmas Assistance Program (CAP) has begun

This year applications will not be accepted at the schools. Applications will be taken for the program at the West Side Baptist Church, in Salem on November 14, 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. and again on November, 15, 2-4 p.m.. Those applying will need to bring with them proof of residency.
